Just called and made offer to the store. I talked to a lady and then a man answered the phone and he said I'm her husband and we are not interested in your offer. I would have probably paid full amount or close too and i did not low ball them either. I can't imagine the way they would treat me after the sell if i decided to buy from them. I would definitely get my car inspected by a third party before purchasing. Thumbs down!
I worked with Sarah at the dealership and she was the lowest pressure car sales person I have ever dealt with, which I appreciated. When we came to pick up the car Megan, introduced herself, and told us how much our business meant to them. I would recommend the hour drive from the Twin Cities to be treated so openly and honestly. This is a family owned business that prides itself on customer satisfaction.
if i could i would give zero stars. i wandered around their lot for at least 20 minutes with no one around to help. i found the lot crammed and unorganized. i decided to go inside for a brochure on a certain vehicle. only after after actively looking for them did someone slightly asked what i needed. no sales staff in sight and the two ladies i did see were to busy talking to eachother to answer my questions. was asked to wait it out until someone was available. i left very rude!!!!

Spring 2016 I decided to upgrade my 2011 Chevrolet Traverse. I frequently drive by Quinn Motors in Ellsworth, WI and have the pleasure of knowing both Meghan and Charlie personally, so I contacted Charlie to 'keep an eye out' on an SUV for me. We discussed the pros and cons of new vs. used and decided that a slightly used vehicle would probably be best for me. A couple short weeks later, Charlie called about a 2016 Buick Enclave with 13,000 miles. I went for a test drive and knew very quickly it was the vehicle I wanted to buy. Charlie/Meghan gave me a fantastic offer on my trade/purchase of the Buick, the simplest process I've ever gone through when buying a vehicle.
