I filled two propane tanks today with True Value. They were both short:
Tank 1 empty 23.45 lb, full 51.75 lb, actual 28.30 lb propane. Charged for 30 lb
It's to bad that a convenient place to go for hardware doesn't have "true value" in their pricing.
I purchase propane from this store 5 times. It is short every time. According to the store I am the only one having this problem.
FYI:
They must take classes to develop their could care less rude attitudes.
This is not the first time it happened. The manager refused to acknowledge the shortage and asked me not to complain anywhere I want.
Very friendly knowledgeable staff of the products they sell try that down the road..(;
